My Christmas stay wasn't too shabby. The room was well kept and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet had an array of options to choose from which was great. , the location was convenient - it was near the main street and had a lot of cool shops and restaurants nearby. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Some things could have been better. The walls were too thin and I could hear everything happening outside of my room which made it difficult to sleep.

Room 403 very large. With balcony. very comfortable bed. excellent that there is no smell of cigarettes in the whole hotel. The excellent attention of Miss Yeimi. Nice view from both sides. The location is very close to Manuel Montt Avenue and Roman Diaz Street, which have a variety of bars and restaurants, and about 600m from the subway and 100m from the police station or carabineros . And 600m from the theatre. Providencia is a pleasant neighbourhood to walk around during the day, as it does not offer any night-time attractions. The next time I go I will prefer the hotel branch on Padre Mariano street, near the Pedro de Valdivia metro.

From the room, the carpet very percussive or dirty. If I were the owner I would take out all the carpets and put in any floor that could be cleaned with a damp cloth, saving time and money in cleaning hours. Some pillows did not look clean and no pillowcase covered them completely. Black-out curtains do not fully cover for those who need complete darkness. The street is quite noisy. The pool is for children as it is small. At breakfast they could replace the canned fruit with natural fruit, the same goes for the juices.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station which makes it easy to attend the conference in the city centre. the area is also good for finance as it is located in the financial district and the hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the metro. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms and bathrooms are slightly outdated and could use some renovation.
